David is our lead partner on Risk assessment, Site inspection and Insurance, with over 25 years as a Royal Navy Officer ending as the Head of Department for Tridentsubmarines He has sole responsibility for the safety of the nuclear reactor, direction of 50 staff and the availability of all propulsion and ship system equipment as well asprofessional advisor to the Commanding Officer on all Nuclear Safety, Marine Engineering, and Damage Control matters He has 13 years of experience in commercialnuclear industry as Reactor Operator, Supervisor, and senior operational role of Shift Manager, responsible for all activities at the station as well as the welfare andleadership of a 20 strong team Company’s Internal Regulator at Dungeness B had sole oversight of compliance with regulations within the scope of the Nuclear SiteLicences Conditions.

Thomas has a strong background starting out in mechanical engineering maintenance and operations in the nuclear industry Transferring his skills over to gain experiencein business development and training including, delivery of leadership and human performance training at British Nuclear Fuel ltd, Sellafield, where he was involved indevelopment of HU training simulator and delivery of HU training to improve performance In moving to HR, he has proven experience and success in supportingpersonnel, sharing best practices and success by maintaining organised staff using established methods A proven track record preparing employees for assignments byestablishing and conducting orientation along with training programs.

Dominic Green, BSc Mechanical Engineer

Dominic has previous operations work control supervisor at Nawah Working on operational procedures and plans in support of commissioning and operation of Barakahnuclear plant and safety rules/clearance process participate in establishing the process including its supporting functions, acting as a clearance supervisor Interfacing withthe main control room staff to coordinate day to day maintenance and operational activities He has over 25 years’ experience at EDF as operations control roomsupervisor ( and Shift Manager, responsible for managing technical projects, supporting plant and equipment outages to minimise plant downtime and maximisingonline plant availability.

Mervyn Leach, (CIPHE) (SOE) (InstRE)

Mervyn specializes in nuclear technology training in reactor physics, heat transfer, as well as nuclear plant commissioning, with experience setting up the trainingdepartments, specification of simulators and development of training He was the Chairman of the committee, and institution vice president for Institution of nuclearengineers for 7 years during the implementation of Sartor 3 and then UKSPEC and member of the institution’s interviewing panel for membership and registration aschartered or incorporated engineer He is also a member of the QAC (quality advisory committee) and licensing review chairman for the institute of the royal engineers,the society for operations engineers and the chartered institute of plumbing and heating engineers.
